Side Sliding Garage Doors, is also known as Horizontal Sliding or Side Opening doors. The concept has been around for 50years plus in NZ but only as old timber doors opened by hand sliding across rustic iron tracks – the good old days. Times have changed and we now have all the options available to us in a variety of finishes, insulated & Automated. Our side sliding doors have discrete top & bottom guides that direct a sectional door along down one or both of the side walls to open.
Space-saving
Side-sliding doors are ideal for situations where there is limited headroom or ceiling space in the garage. Since they don’t swing outward or upward, they provide more flexibility in terms of space utilization.
Partial Opening

Benefits CUSTOMISED CLADDING
We customise the design of the Folding door, window, wall, or louvres frame to correspond with different cladding options. This allows for greater flexibility and develops the possibilities for the overall building design. People love the latest timbers or composite timbers, either as boards, battens, or slats on their doors, windows, walls or louvres. There is also imitation stone cladding for a natural look. Other options include fibre cement, aluminium, metal, imitation brick and ceramic, to name just a few.
Note: We do not supply or install the cladding. The builder or project manager must take responsibility for the supply and installation of the cladding on site.
